Transformative Birth Support Package

This package is designed to ensure that you are able to access the full transformative potential of your pregnancy, birth, an postpartum period, no mater if it is your first child or you have older children already. Once you have decided to hire me for your birth, you have unlimited text, phone, or email support around anything that comes up between signing the contract and 4 weeks postpartum.

Onboarding Prenatal Visit.

The first visit begins a transformative process of creating the best version of you to welcome your new child(ren). We will talk our way through your past, traumas, your family relationships, and other elements that may impact your birth and postpartum experience.  We will navigate how to enter into this new experience in the healthiest way possible.  We will also go over what to consider when envisioning what birth may look like for you.  This  is a great opportunity for you to share any desires, concerns, or thoughts you may have about the rest of your pregnancy and birth.

You will walk away from this session with a clearer understanding of the patterns, influences, and elements of your life that may impact your birth and new role as a parent to this new child(ren) as well as actions items to execute during the rest of your pregnancy to bring you to your best parental state and condition.

Two Follow Up Processing and Coaching Sessions

These sessions are typically held between the first and second prenatal meetings.  They focus on processing challenges and emotions that came up in our first prenatal meeting as well as coaching through how to execute the the action items and continuation of building out your intentions and plans for welcoming your new child(ren).

You can also use these session for education around newborn care, household logistics, and lactation/feeding education.

For families with older children, these sessions are often used to make plans around the transition that happens when we bring a new baby into a family.  Supporting older children  specific to the developmental phase they are in, is important for creating a pleasant and functional household.

The second prenatal visit will be a bit more concrete and hands on.  We will finalize your birth plan (if we have not done so previously), go over any details that have been brought up by your practitioners, and practice physical relief and progression techniques.  I will guide you through thinking through as many details as possible to set you up to be as care free as possible during your birthing time and postpartum.

Continuous Birth Support

I will be on call and available to be with you on the phone once your birthing process begins.  I will join you at your home as soon as you need physical support.  We will labor together as long as you would like at home and then travel together to your birth place (if not at home).  I will stay and support you through the birth of the baby and 1-2 hours after birth.   After birth I will help with latching baby if desired, grounding you from your birth experience, and creating a nice transition into recovery.

Two Postpartum Visits with Reiki

The first visit will be 2-3 days after birth depending on each situation. I will come by to check in and hold space for you around processing your birth, what is going on with baby, light lactation assistance, and anything else you may need help with in that moment. Sometimes that looks like doing dishes and putting away laundry and sometimes that looks like holding your baby so you can shower.  We will end our visit with a reiki session. This visit will last about 1.5-2 hours.

The second visit is done 2-3 weeks after baby is born and will include much of the same as the first visit along with processing your birth if desired.

You will have my virtual support between these visits.
