Postpartum Doula Support
Resident postpartum doula provides education, guidance and support for healing from birth, caring for a newborn, feeding and lactation, and transitioning into this new phase of life.

Daily lactation or feeding check ins.

Daily mental health check ins and space for talking about all the changes.

Scheduled time (1-2hrs a day) without baby so you can rest deeply (scheduled as needed, when you feel comfortable)

Unlimited, on demand text support for all that comes up with you and baby between the hours of 9am and 9pm.

Nourishing Meals
Ashlie Yair (owner/operator) is an integrative wellness practitioner and plans meals with healing and nutrition in mind.

Three meals a day for two adults included.

Either stocked in your fridge or dropped at your door.

Meals are either ready to eat or in containers that can go directly into mini oven in the cottage for warming, or into stove top pot.

Sample breakfast items: overnight oats, chia pudding, yogurt parfait.

Sample lunch items: massaged kale salad with protein, egg salad, soups.

Sample dinner items: roasted chicken with veggie side, ginger fried rice, roasted squash with quinoa, tacos.
A Place of Rest
Your stay in the cottage will facilitate rest and healing for parents and baby away from everyday tasks and worries. Laundry, dishes, and other household needs are all taken care of.
Meals Included
Three full meals are freshly prepared or stocked in your fridge everyday. Meals are created with a goal of high nutritional value and most dietary needs can be accommodated. Once you're done, dishes may be left outside your door. Tea, coffee, oatmeal and fresh eggs are stocked in the kitchenette.
Simplified Space
All the baby gear that you need and necessities for living are provided with intentions of keeping your space simple and clear of clutter and items that can get in the way of you having peace of mind in your space.

Relax and Refresh
The large bathroom is equipped with a soaking tub for those cleared for baths. It can also be used as a seated shower.
Connect with Nature
Explore the eight acres of forest on our property, enjoy the hammocks and resting spots among the trees, recharge by the pond. The cottage has its own private deck looking into the woods behind the cottage and guests are welcome to use the fire pit and gas grill.
Other Amenities
Guests are welcome on our main deck to enjoy the pool (if cleared) or socialize with your visiting family or friends.
We also have a treatment room if you would like to schedule a massage.
If older children are visiting, they are welcome to play on our woodland playground.
Inquire about Your Stay
Due to the unpredictable timing of birth, all stays are scheduled with contracts and wider time windows than a typical bed and breakfast. We take about one family a month depending on length of stay and expected dates. We do take last minute bookings based on availability.

Stays are $550 a night.

Minimum Stay is 5 nights unless booking last minute available nights.

Maximum stay is 60 nights depending on availability.

The Cottage accommodates two adults and two children (up to 2 years old).
