This plan is customized for each individual's goals. Whether it is overcoming an illness or chronic disease, reseting your body, fertility or pregnancy support, loosing weight, managing stress, or a complete lifestyle change, we will create manageable steps to find your path. Meetings every other week for 3 months with follow up email and email support in between meetings.
