Service Description

This plan is like a family reset. Once we establish your family's goals, we will work out a step by step plan to create a path towards them. Possible steps will include a pantry edit, meal planning, and working out shopping and cooking systems that fit your lifestyle, addressing and reducing stressors in the family unit and family routine. We will also discuss and work out strategies to allow each member to feel they are getting what they need from their family relationship. Meetings every other week, followed by a summery email, with email support in between for 3 months.
