Having family or freind support with a new baby can be a beautiful experience when the support knows exactly what to do (and what to avoid doing). In this 1 hour workshop, we will go over all the things your support person needs to know to show up for you in the most harmoneous and helpful way possible. We will go over expectations for and how tos of feeding, diapering, sleep, emotional challenges, healing from birth, relationships and much more.
Before class, you will get worksheets with questions that will help you to think forward into your postpartum period for what you may need from that person. I will use this information to help prepare your support.
You will also reieve pdf cheat sheets for common things that people wonder "is this normal" or "x happened, what do I do now?".
We will have ample time for Q and A for specific unique situations.
Price per support person.
