Brief Package Description:
-Text, Email, and phone support from signing of contract through 4 weeks after birth. 
-Initial Prenatal Processing and Planning Session (1.5-2hrs)
-Second, in person prenatal session
-In person birth support in your home. 
-Followed Transfer to your birth place (if not at home)
-Support in your birth place through 1-2 hours after birth. 
-Initial Lactation support at your birth place and through 4 weeks after birth

Detailed Description:
 
Text, Email, and phone support. 
Once you have decided to hire me for your birth, I will be there to answer questions over text or have quick conversations around anything that comes up between signing the contract and 4 weeks postpartum. 
 
Two prenatal visits. 
The first visit will allow me to get to know and understand everyone who will be involved in the birthing process.  We will talk our way through your past, traumas, your family relationships, and other elements that may impact your birth and postpartum experience.  We will navigate how to enter into this new experience in the healthiest way possible.  We will also go over what to consider when envisioning what birth may look like for you.  This  is a great opportunity for you to share any desires, concerns, or thoughts you may have about the rest of your pregnancy and birth. 
 
The second prenatal visit will be a bit more concrete and hands on.  We will finalize your birth plan (if we have not done so previously), go over any details that have been brought up by your practitioners, and practice physical relief and progression techniques.  I will guide you through thinking through as many details as possible to set you up to be as care free as possible during your birthing time and postpartum. 
 
Continuous Birth Support
I will be on call and available to be with you on the phone or in person once your birthing process begins.  I will join you at your home to support your labor process once you need physical support.  We will labor at home as long as you would like and I will follow behind you in my car on the way to your birthing place if not birthing at home.  I will stay and support you through the birth of the baby and 1-2 hours after birth. After birth I will help with latching baby if desired, grounding you from your birth experience, and creating a nice transition into recovery.
 
Two Postpartum Visits. 
The first visit will be 2-3 days after birth depending on each situation. I will come by to check in and hold space for you around processing your birth, what is going on with baby, light lactation assistance, and anything else you may need help with in that moment. Sometimes that looks like doing dishes and putting away laundry and sometimes that looks like holding your baby so you can shower.  This visit will last about 1.5-2 hours. 
 
The second visit is done 2-3 weeks after baby is born and will include much of the same as the first visit as processing your birth if desired. 
 
You will have my virtual support between these visits.
